VISÃO GERAL
O curso Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks (TSHOOT) possui 40 horas de duração (cinco dias) e é focado em uso intensivo de atividades práticas em laboratório, em conjunto com um conteúdo teórico adequado e bastante esclarecedor acerca dos fundamentos de suporte e troubleshooting de redes Cisco. Este treinamento tem como objetivo ensinar os profissionais que trabalham em ambientes de rede complexas as competências necessárias para atividades de diagnósticos e resoluções de problemas, permitindo-as a maximização da disponibilidade e operacionalidade destes ambientes. Este curso ensina ainda as técnicas de troubleshooting para a operação de diferentes tecnologias, em adição a processos e metodologias de manutenção e resolução de problemas
PRÉ-REQUISITOS
Antes de atender ao curso TSHOOT, os alunos deverão possuir conhecimentos e experiência com a implementação e verificação de tecnologias de routing e switching em redes corporativas, conforme propostas dos cursos Implementing Cisco Switched Networks (SWITCH) e Implementing Cisco IP Routing (ROUTE), ou possuir conhecimentos equivalentes. Isto inclui conhecimentos e a experiência sobre as seguintes tecnologias:
